The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of welding, be mechanically minded, and enjoy taking responsibility for coordinating work, operating machinery, and ensuring targets are achieved.

Role:
* Operate a range of workshop equipment including welding stations, ironworkers, saws, and threading machinery.
* Perform basic tack welding and assist with the production of custom fastener orders.
* Lead the day-to-day workflow within the shop, prioritising production schedules and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently.
* Maintain quality standards while supporting a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment.

Person:
* Basic welding experience with good mechanical aptitude.
* Previous experience operating workshop or manufacturing machinery.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workflow and lead by example.
