On offer is an opportunity to join a leading chemical site in Houston, committed to maintaining best-in-class infrastructure and operational safety standards who are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and enhance site-wide assets supporting transportation, utilities and environmental systems critical to operations.
This is ideal for someone one who is established but still loves learn and implement their knowledge in managing capital and maintenance projects as well as enjoys taking ownership on project controls such as budgeting, estimating and scheduling.

THE ROLE:
* Lead planning and execution of infrastructure projects including rail, roadways, drainage/wastewater systems, and marine/docking facilities, from scope development through to completion.
* Oversee engineering design across civil and mechanical disciplines, ensuring alignment with operational, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage contractors, procurement, scheduling, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
* Drive risk assessments, constructability reviews, and project controls to ensure safe delivery within active terminal operations.
* Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to minimize disruption and maintain compliance.
THE PERSON:
* Experienced Project Manager with a background in civil and/or mechanical engineering, ideally within industrial, infrastructure or terminal environments for infrastructure projects such as rail systems, roads, drainage/wastewater, or marine/docking facilities.
* Skilled in contractor management, construction oversight, engineering review, and capital project delivery in regulated or hazardous environments.
* Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, PHA, environmental compliance frameworks).
* Excellent communicator with strong project controls, planning, and documentation skills.
