Press Brake Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Dallas, TX | Full-Time

$18/hr – $22/hr + Lots of Overtime options (Time & Half) + Excellent Benefits

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30pm – 2:00am

THE ROLE:

* Operate electrically powered press brake and punch press equipment to cut, form, and shape metal components.
* Position and align materials accurately while monitoring machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications.
* Perform quality checks and adjust machine settings as required to maintain production standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all company safety and quality procedures.

THE PERSON:

* Previous experience operating press brake, punch press, or metal forming equipment preferred.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment with overtime availability.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow quality and safety procedures consistently.
* Reliable, hands-on individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
