HR Generalist – Industrial / Chemical Plant Operations

Pasadena, TX | Full-Time

$80,000 – $100,000 per annum + Bonus + Strong Benefits

This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised chemical-operations site operating within a vibrant plant environment, supporting a diverse workforce across engineering, operations, projects, maintenance and commercial functions.

The ideal candidate will be an experiences HR Generalist who enjoys being embedded within operations, partnering with managers across the site and helping to maintain the well-established excellent culture across its fast-paced industrial setting.

THE ROLE:

* Act as the on-site HR partner supporting managers and employees across engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, safety, and commercial functions.
* Deliver core HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and policy guidance.
* Build strong relationships across the plant to support engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness while ensuring consistent HR practices.
* Partner with operational leadership to support a safe, high-performing workforce within a regulated industrial environment.

THE PERSON:

* Previous HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience within industrial environments such as chemical plants, refineries, terminals, tank farms, manufacturing facilities, or heavy industry operations.
* Experience supporting technical and operational populations including engineers, technicians, operators, project teams, maintenance personnel, and field-based employees.
* Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and delivering HR solutions in fast-paced site environments.
* Practical, visible, and relationship-led approach with the confidence to influence across all levels of an operational business.
