Are you a detail-driven Drafter or 3D designer looking to make your move into estimating where you will receive training and guidance on how your technical understanding translates into commercial costing and pricing.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established specialist in glass curtain wall and façade systems developing your knowledge intersection of technical design and commercial delivery, offering the chance to apply your design knowledge in a more commercially focused capacity.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Drafter or with 3D Designs who is keen to work with Sales teams, blueprints and drawings and look to understand how systems are built so they can translate technical detail into accurate costings and project proposals.

This is your chance to work as an estimator for world-leading construction specialist building on your existing estimating career or taking your first steps from drafting or 3D design background.

THE ROLE:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for glass curtain wall and façade systems from drawings, models, and specifications.
* Interpret architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documents to assess materials, labour, and project requirements.
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to develop accurate and competitive bid submissions.
* Support value engineering, supplier pricing, and scope reviews to ensure cost-effective and technically sound proposals.

THE PERSON:

* Background in drafting, 3D design, façade engineering, or construction estimating.
* Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design/modelling software.
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Detail-oriented with strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
