CNC Programmer (MasterCAM/ Milling)

$35-$40 per hour + Overtime Options + Medical / Dental / Vision

The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient programmer who understands both the software and the shop floor, comfortable refining programs, collaborating with operators, and improving processes to maximize throughput and precision.

THE ROLE:

* Develop and optimize CNC mill programs using MasterCAM (required).
* Utilize CAD/CAM models to generate accurate and efficient toolpaths; Fusion 360 experience beneficial.
* Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and part specifications to ensure precision and compliance.
* Support setup teams with tooling selection, workholding strategy, feeds & speeds, and process optimization.
* Troubleshoot machining issues and refine programs to improve cycle times and reduce scrap.
* Collaborate with engineering and production to support new part introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

THE PERSON:

* Proven CNC mill programming experience (3-5+ years preferred).
* Strong hands-on proficiency with MasterCAM (essential).
* Experience with Fusion 360 is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling strategies, and GD&T.
* Ability to work closely with machinists in a production environment.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
