Business Development Executive (ITAD / OEM / E-Waste / Electronics)

Remote Texas (ideally hybrid – Austin, TX)

$80,000 – $90,000 base + commission + benefits (OTE $200k+)

Are you a Business Development professional experienced in ITAD services looking to maximise your earnings by joining a well-established, highly respected ITAD and electronics lifecycle services provider as it expands its operations in Texas?

Do you want to be part of a growing team targeting new clients and territories with an 20 year+ business in ITAD with a strong foundation in California and a growing national footprint?

The ideal candidate will have experience in ITAD services ideally with existing clients and able to establish new client relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and helping shape the company’s continued leadership in ITAD, electronics recycling, and circular economy solutions.

The Role

* Drive new business development across OEMs, enterprise clients, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling partners.
* Develop and manage high-value relationships, securing long-term service agreements and supply partnerships.
* Identify growth opportunities across ITAD, e-waste recycling, and broader circular economy services.
* Collaborate with operations and senior leadership to support commercial strategy and expansion initiatives across multiple U.S. locations.
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and sustainability forums to strengthen market presence.

The Person

* Demonstrated success in business development or sales within ITAD, e-waste, electronics recycling, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., R2, e-Stewards, WEEE) and secure asset disposition practices.
* Proven ability to win new business, grow key accounts, and build long-term client partnerships.
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a growth-focused, scaling environment.
