Are you a CNC Setter/Operator or similar, with experience working specifically on CNC Mills, looking to join a growing Engineering company who supplies into various industries such as Aerospace, Defense, and F1?

Do you want to join a growing company that is expanding its team with a CNC Setter/Operator, who has experience working specifically on Mills, to manage a heavier Workload from an increasing amount of customers across the UK, while also enjoying a generous holiday scheme and shift pattern, working extended shifts with 4 day weeks, with opportunities for overtime and higher earnings.

In this role, the successful CNC Setter/Operator will be responsible for Setting and Operating CNC Machinery, working alongside senior engineers to ensure that they can learn hands on and develop their Skills in machine Programming in CAM software. You will be working a reduced number of four day weeks working from 11:30am to 9:45pm, with the option for overtime included.

The ideal CNC Setter/Operator will have experience working specifically on Mills.
