Business Development Executive – ITAD / Data Centre Solutions

Remote (US) | Full-Time

$120,000 – $150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $300K+)

THE ROLE:

* Drive net-new business growth across the ITAD and data centre solutions market through proactive hunting and relationship development.
* Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within data centres, IT infrastructure, and technology lifecycle services.
* Develop customer relationships by promoting asset recovery, refurbished hardware, infrastructure, and cabling solutions.
* Work autonomously in a fast-growth sales environment with uncapped commission potential and national territory coverage.

THE PERSON:

* Proven experience in ITAD, refurbished hardware, data centre infrastructure, enterprise IT sales, or related technology markets.
* Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business independently rather than manage existing accounts.
* Well-networked within enterprise technology or IT infrastructure environments with the ability to open doors quickly.
* Highly motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, performance-led sales culture.
