In this role you will gain experience on all aspects of the architecture; working across the RIBA stages, working on planning and building regulations, reading technical drawings to creating concepts and drawings and liaising with clients.

The company is a chartered architectural practice who have been going for 30 years working on high-end architectural and construction projects for a varied clientele. They work on planning and properties for primarily residential but also commercial properties.

This role would suit a Architectural Technician, Technologist or similar looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer, progression, and the chance to work on high-quality, exciting and varied bespoke projects with guaranteed training and progression opportunities.

The Role:
* Creating technical drawings using AutoCAD
* Working across RIBA stages
* Dealing with the lifecycle of projects including liaising with clients

The Person:
* Architectural Technician, Technologist or similar
* Knowledge of Building Regulations
* Able to work across RIBA stages and use AutoCAD

Commutable to Boston, Lincolnshire
