$110,000 – $120,000 + 10% Bonus + ESOP + Full Benefits

You will play a key role in advancing BIM capabilities across complex projects, helping integrate digital workflows with real-world construction and fabrication processes.

THE ROLE:

* Develop and manage BIM models in Revit, supporting coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
* Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks.

THE PERSON:

* 3-5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks, or CAM tools desirable.
* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
* Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows.
